I had a very disappointing experience with GroupBuySEOtools. The platform does not deliver what it advertises, and the overall service quality is extremely poor.

Customer support was unprofessional and unhelpful when I reached out, especially regarding a refund request. Instead of resolving the issue, the response I received was dismissive and frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service.

Tried a group buy SEO tool service for a few months... honestly, not a good experience. Most tools were either super slow or just didn’t work half the time, especially during busy hours. Access would drop out randomly and support didn’t really help—just gave copy-paste replies. If you’re doing proper SEO work, I’d say save yourself the stress and go with something more reliable. This shared access stuff just ain’t worth

I had a terrible experience with this provider, I bought a combo package of ahrefs, semrush, and many other tools from them. 99% of tools in this package are not working. I contacted them many times, but they did not reply to me. They even insulted me.

Scammer, As soon I paid 90 euros, they didn't reply to my messages and runaway.

after I paid them for 1 month of service, they gave me also a 3-day trial of that service using RDP that was also too late and after the 3 days of trial they don't respond to any ticket

Avoid them if you can, or else just ask if the features you are seeking are available in the tools.
They limit the features of the tools. Site auditing does not exist on any of their offered accounts for example,
and they won't refund me

Subscribed today for the AdSpy option. Big mistake.

Not only do I keep getting locked out of my account for no good reason but they don't actually give you a real shared account but instead some trial version with very poor connection which doesn't load the image ads and you cannot watch videos with it. So it is not really useable. $30 down the drain.

It is partly my fault as well, the bad english in the chat, the fact that they asked me to pay on paypal via friends and family option and their policy which insists on not giving refunds for any reason should have all been a red flag. I made the mistake to trust that the payment via friends was only to avoid paypal fees but I learned my lesson.

You do not waste money and time to buy services at this provider. All their tools never work. They don't even support you to solve the problem while they say they will support 24/7. This is the biggest customer scam I have ever seen.
I had to wait a few days when I paid. Only then did they provide me with an account. I was very patient to wait for them to provide tools. But it's a pity that when I get tools. I am really not satisfied. I had too many problems. Too many things happen.

No should have a sense of professional work in SEO should by from them, I payed 47$ for business plan.

They don`t answer you much, many of the tools don`t work and if it works, it works for a day.

You can`t make your business depend on their service. I just saw my 47$ spent in a waste for one month.

Even if you enter any tool, many of them are on free trial, which is a method that I or anyone can.

I want really to filter all these companies and find the suitable one, hope anyone honestly recommend one.
