The items I ordered here are of high quality and they all meet my expectations. For instance, electric wiper I ordered fully meets my requirements. I was able to follow delivery process with ease. Now I am delighted to use this device

You can also order clothing from this service. I ordered four new shirts, as well as two T-shirts in diferent colors. The order was paid for, and the shipment was not long in coming.
I was pleased when packages were opened, as the result was as expected, and the colors and sizes were perfect.

I'm pleased to be able to place orders in the future. Im delighted with my new purchase,and I will enjoy wearing these beautiful clothes for a long time for which I am very grateful!

No answer to mail or phone, package not delivered.

I would like to give a zero because they have a non existing customer service, I've sent 3 emails over a time period of 3 weeks to ask where my package is but there is no response from them. And yes I put the ordernumber in the emails. I'm never ordering there again.

For the 4th time the battery of the refurbished HP is finished.
They will ask me again to return the HP , but they don't want to refund my investment , they simply return the so called "repaired" HP.
I am sick of their irresponsability

A laptop that we ordered & paid for on 11/09/2023 is not shipped untill now (6/10/2023) without any excuse or explanation from their own side. Mails remain unanswered and by phone they make promises that they don't keep. I'd like to get my money back asap so that I can buy my daughter's laptop somewhere else

A simple bed-cover takes about a month to arrive...
Refunds are made quietly, without comment or explanation. No response to requests for information.
From now on Chinese, faster, reliable, and more customer-friendly than this group of amateurs.

We are very disgruntled with groupdeal. We bought a nice big umbrella for the patio. Supposedly made to be outdoors. First it was made incorrectly, so the weight of the umbrella pulls it down so it never stood straight up and down. Then after rain- just 3 months- they welded part started to develop rust. After just only 3 months of use- the base broke. Groupdeal would not respond to our emails. So we called. They asked for photos- we sent them. And because they saw rust- they blamed it on us and said we incorrectly set it up!! How does that sound for guaranteeing their products??? We will never recommend them!!

months ago i bought this watch OOQE Watch Pro 6 and the bracelet broke ,i contacted Groupdeal they didnt even respond . They like to sell but when there are problems they dont care.

Already sent 4 mails and tried to contact via phone, but no reply. Ordered on 7 January 2023 and did not receive an order confirmation. Order is still in processing and I only wanted to be sure my order has been registered and they are preparing shipment for this.

I had an order that should be shipped last 29/12/21. Suddenly the girl Eder was cancelled by groupdeal without any information. When they send the refund they didn’t pay back the shipping.
When I asked information they just did not answer.
