DONT BUY ANY HOUSE IN Panorama PURNIA…

DONT BUY ANY HOUSE IN Panorama PURNIA DONT BUY THIS IS FRUAD COMPANY

I want to start by saying this clearly – Sanjeev Mishra, the owner of Panorama Purnia, seems completely unreliable and the project feels very fake. From the beginning, it gave me the wrong impression. The promises made by the company don’t match reality, and it feels like people’s money is not being handled properly.

I was interested in the project because it looked modern and the location seemed good. But after looking deeper and talking to some people, I realized that things are not transparent at all. Delays, unclear communication, and over-promises are very common here. Honestly, it made me question whether the company can be trusted at all.

If you are thinking about investing in Panorama Purnia, I would strongly advise caution. Do your own research, check everything multiple times, and don’t rely on what the sales team tells you. The project may look attractive on paper, but in reality, it’s hard to know if it’s genuine.

Overall, my advice: stay careful and don’t rush into any deals. There are too many red flags for anyone to ignore.

I want to start by saying Panorama Purnia and its owner Sanjeev Mishra cannot be trusted. The project is never delivered on time, and it feels like people’s money is being taken without any real work happening.

From the beginning, I noticed that calls are not answered properly, and even when you try to follow up, the response is extremely slow or completely ignored. It seems like the company is only interested in collecting payments, not actually delivering the promised apartments.

The project is constantly delayed, and there is no clear explanation or timeline given. People invest their money hoping for a timely delivery, but what you get is endless excuses and broken promises. Money goes in, but results don’t come.

I would strongly warn anyone thinking of investing here: do not trust what the company says, do not make payments without verifying everything, and be prepared for extreme frustration. The lack of transparency, communication, and responsibility is shocking. Calls go unanswered, emails ignored, and promises are never fulfilled.
