Good platform to snag deals

Great website to pick up deals on events and experiences. Haven't ever purchased any products but I enjoy browsing Groupon when I'm visiting a new city. Their customer service has been very helpful the few times I've been in contact with them.

On 12/22/2023

On 12/22/2023, I bought a Microsoft Office 21 Professional Plus Software for my personal useand was happy using it for 3 years without any issues. Usually, their product looks good and works like the original MS Office Products. I do not regret buying their product in the future.

It has been a total waste of time…

It has been a total waste of time dealing with Groupon and there is no customer service. I ordered a few items and then never heard back from anyone. On the item I already redeemed, I never got it and Groupon does not care about helping. Shocking behaviour !

Relax Studio- Mrs Ediale- a cheater?

By the end of the year I got in touch with customer service, because of this Coupon /RELAX Cosmetic- Simone Ediale- and they made it very difficult for me when I claimed that the parrtner didn`t fulfill the contract- I actually wanted to give it back- whch was not accepted. She was either not reachable or onholiday, or there was simply now way to get an appoinment. So I provided the entire correspondence up to that date to customer service. Then the coupon expired- however, your partner, Mrs Ediale, promised to nevertheless offer the treatment. She had already handed the coupon in at GROUPON, because she insisted on having the code before, i.e. when booking the appointment. She said she cld only check dates, etc. when having the coupon. it seemd strange to me, but I still believed in customer protection by Groupon somehow. Each tme I got in touch with her, she wanted the coupon, and I replied that I had sent it a couple of times. Finally an appointmant was fixed for today (March 29th at 3pm) BUT the person, Mrs Ediale, was not there; the door locked, the phone remained unanswered. The worst experience with Groupon ever!
Now I really want my money back! And I feel I should sue her.

Microsoft 365 Pro deal is not genuine

Microsoft 365 Pro deal is not genuine. Followed instructions, uninstalled previous versions, entered the foreign email address and password to download, received a downloading message but at completion of download, nothing was downloaded on my PC. I should have checked the Microsoft website forum first where the comments from others reflected the same problem.
I trusted Groupon as I have been purchasing deals on their site for many years without any issues. I will not deal with Groupon anymore.

The good deal is good, but...

The good deal is good, but you still haven't fixed the redeeming of vouchers online. It's the second time in two years when I bought one of your vouchers for a photoshoot and it wasn't working online. I redeemed it on spot at the photo studio.

Groupon is not recommended. Reasons:
- Customer service?
- Items cannot be returned
- No response after complaint
If this exists, it cannot be reached
- Products poorly described
- Shipper (China?) not transparent before ordering
- Warning: Customs will contact you when shipping from Asia

Didn’t listen to the customer

Polite staff. The hairdresser cut well and blow dried well, but unfortunately didn’t listen carefully during the consultation about dying my hair. I had specifically asked not to see any more grey hair, but in my opinion, he was very focused on highlights. The end result, unfortunately, showed some grey at the hairline. He offered to dye the hairline as well, but at an additional cost. He should have dyed my hair from the start!

I should have listened to the 1 and 2 star reviews. This company has turned into a rip-off company. They have a vendor who is selling Microsoft Office 2024. The item arrives and, without disclosing, is an Internet version for students and licensed to some company I have never heard of. To add insult to injury, when you try to get a refund, they refer you to the company, who refer you back to Groupon. Then the replies, to your email request for a refund, start coming and coming and coming. Do this do that but never a resolution. The final straw, after the vendor acknowledged that I didn't get what I ordered and that Groupon was responsible, was they would turn it over to their resolution team and I should hear something in about 7 days. In the interim, I get promotional emails, from Groupon two or three times a day promoting the vendor selling the same product. I have initiated a chargeback. Please do not buy from them before reading the 1 and 2-star reviews. Oh, yes, I will get the standard reply letter to this review but I guarantee they will do NOTHING. The standard reply is just to try and cover their corrupt company. Ask yourself, how do they even know my situation that they are "going to continue" working on? I just posted my first name and initial. They have absolutely no idea who I am.
