What a rip off
What a rip off. False advertising. I thought I was buying 8kg of sweets for Halloween for £3 so I bought 3 buckets for my family. Went to redem them and this RIP OFF Groupon meant you paid 50% off the final price which basically meant £48 per bucket of sweets. So I went to cancel my order within 5 minutes of the purchase and you cant. NO REFUNDS. Legalised theft.

Despite several requests, the seller has still not provided me with an invoice for a purchase made 4 weeks ago.
This invoice is important in order to make guarantee claims.

As far as I can see there is no way to check the trustworthyness or rating of an individual item or give a rating for an individual item for it to appear against that item. I am never going to use Groupon again as poor experiences with 2 recent purchases.

- snacks and drinks were nice
Poor costumer service
If you really have a problem, you will not find easy opportunities to get in contact with Groupon. Also the things necessary for a refund make it very unattractive. Not the best way to treat costumers.

She is a kind person but when you book something for 90 minutes and she finished after 55 minutes than you go with a strange feeling even she did well during that time

The park by itself it s a great place with a lot of trees ,all kind of birds a lot of activities ,what I liked the most is that you can feed the birds is not like every day you have the chance to feed the flamingo birds!
Caution
Caution! This company cheated on Groupon`s customers with longer contracts on the grounds that the termination was not received in time. Cancel immediatly within 3 months and request confirmation. The Store is always dirty and the equipment & sauna were broken for over 3 months ( allegdly). That`s how they wanted to save money. Never again!

Only giving one star because I had to...
It was the worst experience I've ever had! Especially because, I booked this couple massage as a surprise gift for my husband for our first wedding aniversary. I made myself clear on the phone that I booked it via Groupon but for two people. I mean if you select a product called "couple" massage, it should be clear that it is for two people... Well, when we were there, they were surprised that I booked it for two, so there was no space and time for two people. The store owner didn't even recognise her mistake and didn't apologise. Only her daughter apologised and gave me a second appointment - but my husband went for the massage.
Afterwards, he told me that it was the hell. There was no hole on the massage lounger so it was suffocating for him when he had to lie on his face down. The space was very narrow that the masseur asked him to stand up and change direction on the lounger and his masseur were also rotating so he never really had relaxing moment.
After hearing this, I didn't want to try their massage that why I went for a simple manicure. Unfortunately, this was also not well done. My nails didn't even look like as if I had a manicure done.... Never again!!!

No processing and response to the cancellation request. there is no cooperation with Linde Deals. The customer must deal with both partners. Linde Deals has canceled the voucher code with the statement to forward the cancellation to Groupon. There is no service and no valid voucher code, but Groupon does not cancel the invoice and does not get back to the customer.
