Purchased a 67 plate Sportage from Grovebury Cars Houghton Regis, Peter the salesman handled the sale from start to finish, there were some issues being a used car but he and the team dealt with everything in a professional and timely manner. If I could give10 stars for how we were treated by all the staff I would. Can defiantly recommend and will use them again.

I purchased a secondhand Ford from the Leighton Buzzard branch and after a week it started going into limp mode whilst driving, I took the car back twice to get it sorted and it still kept happening. I eventually returned the car which was a faff and brought something else. No issues with the second car but every service the garage make up some excuse why I needed a full service rather than an interim. First time it was because ‘you get a full service every other year’ so I did, the following year I got ‘because it’s the 5th year, that should be a full service’. I spoke with another local garage who said that’s total nonsense and obviously a sales trick.

I do Not recommend GEORGE VISCOGLIS and GROVEBURY CARS of Leighton Buzzard - no matter what their reply for taking my £300 FOR NOTHING in return.

Suppose you were like my wife and I buying a Picanto from Grovebury Cars.

The Sales Team was very unfriendly. I lost confidence in them. I stopped buying the car.

After they knew I stopped buying the car , they forced my wife and I to give them £300 DEPOSIT for NOTHING in return.

My £300 which I worked to earn - NOT THEIRs - they FORCED us to give to them.

GEORGE , the General Manager, said he would speak to another Executive Manager.

They never replied back , nor answered any further contact of mine by telephone or email.

They are SCARED to return my £300 BACK to me - I worked hard for it - THEY JUST TOOK IT for nothing in return .

I HOLD the RIGHTFUL TITLE to MY OWN £300 - whether they have used it or kept it in a bank, I RETAIN THE RIGHTFUL , MORAL TITLE TO MY £300.

I am still awaiting them to RETURN MY £300 - if they are not SCARED To give it back.

Until then, I would tell my friends and relatives, do not buy from Grovebury Cars nor from George Viscoglis , the General Manager, until he returns my £300 plus interest , if HE IS not SCARED to RETURN MY £300.

WHY DON'T they give Their £300 away for nothing ? How would they like it ?

They have not responded to any more telephone or emails for over a year - I know GEORGE VISCOGLIS IS SCARED to reply because he wants to keep MY £300 .

BUT I RETAIN FULL TITLE TO IT, whatever they have done with it !

Recently bought an approved used car from Grovebury Cars in Bedfordshire. This is one of the best car dealerships I've ever bought a car from. A Welcoming and friendly service as opposed to pushy sales staff is what helped me buy a car from here. Will recommend.
