If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. If you like dealing with staff that couldn't pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel, then this is the place for you! If your preference is an extremely overpriced facility that keeps your dogs outside all day - then this is also the place for you. I have not spoken to one staff member ( with the exception of the groomer) there that didn't have the personality of a wet dishrag and the IQ of a turd. The very few times I did bring my dog to day care and I watched him on the camera , he was never playing - however at Dogs Rule! and Pinnacle Pets he always plays and is very happy. My dog overheats very easily and if you want your dog inside then you have to pay extra for a kennel. Uhm, no. Not when it involves my dogs health. The groomer, (Bri) however, is the exception to all of this and deserves to be in a place where she can truly shine. I was going to bring my dog there just for her, but due to the stupidity of the staff, I will not be back. Even the manager clearly has no concern as I never heard from them when I asked for a manager to call me. If you care about your dog as much as I care about mine, then please consider Pinnacle Pets or Dogs Rule! for your fur baby. If you don't care about your dog, then you will love Pet Suites, because they don't care either!
