Poor quality grow tent
Poor quality grow tent. Zips failed within a month. Attempts to contact via email met with stoney silence. Finally made contact via the phone only to speak to someone who genuinely had no interest in my enquiry. I was informed that there was no guarantee on the products and that they would not be replaced or repaired. Advised to buy a replacement via eBay ‘because they were cheaper’ there. Good advice. I shall certainly shop elsewhere in future and can only recommend everyone else does the same. Terrible customer service and substandard products. Avoid

Awful customer service
Awful customer service.
An alternative tent was sent from an eBay store which included the invoice showing it was a cheaper product and no p&p which I had paid for.
When this feedback was given I was told to send the tent back as he “didn’t have the time to keep going through this”.
Best avoided unless you get the product you ordered and don’t have to contact them.
Delivery was quick.
