Not to be trusted...
Not to be trusted, specially for affiliates. We have almost $2,000 in outstanding affiliate commissions and they will not payout. That means we helped sell over $13,000 for them and they won't even return an email, let alone pay.

As instructed
As instructed, on their website, to take a video of my opening up my package upon receipt, and posting it, I am promised a future discount. As I began to film, imagine my disappointment of discovering that my order was inaccurate. After waiting several weeks, and the issues I had to deal with with this company was definitely discouraging, let alone any possibility of posting the video.
I spent over $400 of which I ordered 2 packs of Dames gummies in 2 of the different flavors, but NOT the green apple, as I do not like that flavor, and what do they do? They send me both packs in green apple flavor!
This was my first time ordering. On their site they claim to give you a free gram with a first order.
I never got it.
Also, they sent me a 10% discount code which didn't work when I processed my order.
It took a week and a half of constant emails and attempts at the live chat to get a response from an employee that couldn't give me concrete and detailed answers to any of my questions.
Also, it took over a week before it stated that my order was being processed.
I had to send two different etransfers as their payment etransfer email info wasn't clear, and the first payment wasn't sent to the "correct" name of recipient which took over a week to fix...no response for most of my emails...and when they did respond they just reiterated that it was declined and refunded, yet that didn't come back to me until a week AFTER "she" (online chat) told me it had been declined.
When I tried to put in an order for a friend the other day the listed "sale" prices for their weed wouldn't apply when finalizing the order for payment.
I have tried, unsuccessfully, to communicate with them about these issues, by email and text, and have had NO response since receiving my order.
Something isn't right with this company, and that's too bad as I was so excited to order from them. My first online order experience did not unfold as planned.
These "unfortunate" circumstances appear to be more common than I realised after reading comments on this thread.
I hope they either get it together (as they could be making a lot of money as their potential is amazing) or shut it down if their reputation and customer service continues to decline...
Light order fixed asap
I ordered 56 grams on my first order. It showed up light. 4 bags marked 14 grams each but only had 5 grams in each. I sent them a picture of one unopened bag on a scale. They sent the difference and 4 more grams than originally ordered.
Made it right!
They came good on my order. Not a pleasant experience but they did what was right. No fault of there’s as Canada post lost the package. The whole process was well over a month which I feel is way to long. Proper communication is needed on there behalf.
Had great experience for the first year or so. I had spent 625 dollars and the package never got delivered. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. Finally I got a response of “a ticket has been issued”!! What does that do! Always were prompt at taking my money but now there’s an issue they just don’t have time. Save the headache and don’t buy from these clowns. It today’s market customer will win. They will see that!
Tiny prerolls…
I was very impressed with the quick delivery. However the prerolls I ordered were very disappointing. I bought quite a few as they were 2 for 1 which I thought was a fantastic deal. The joints are super tiny. Half of it is filter and then the bottom is all twisted. I joint is less than half the size of a juicy jay paper. I can see now why 2 for 1 as basically your getting 2 joints that equal 1 paper. Definitely won't be buying again.

Worst Affiliate Experience I have ever had
I’ve been generating sales for them and they never paid me for the business I bring for them. Apparently, they treat their customers better than their partners, but if you have to do Affiliate with them you should be extra careful.
Do they even weigh what they put in the bags?
I've ordered from Growhouse.online once and wasn't satisfied with their service. The reason for that is that my order arrived severely underweight (almost 1/3 missing from the whole order) and they only compensated me in store credit, which forces me to buy more even though I'd rather look elsewhere next time and buying with store credit only gives you access to inflated prices. Only 2-3 bags out of 16 had the right amount in it, so there's clearly a problem in their system.
I've found their products to be of great value though. As somebody who has a medium tolerance, even some of their budget buds have blown my mind (Tom Ford Pink) and I also like to have access to higher-grade material by the gram since I don't use a lot. Don't expect the best trim job, but it's hard to argue with the quality at that price. If you own a good vaporizer, you're in for a treat.
Not dependable at all.
I paid close to 300$ for my order. I paid an extra 18$ to have it delivered in 2 business days. They took my money Friday night. They didn't bother to process my order until Monday...and then waited until 5pm to ship it. After business hours. The "place" is a 40 minute city bus ride away. Tuesday came and went with no package, and I was told not to worry, that it would be here by end of day Wednesday. So we're now past the two days. I asked for my shipping money back, and they tried giving me a coupon. They tried that last time too. So I have to spend more money in order to get my shipping back? They told me the manager would get back to me in 24 hours. It's now Wednesday. Still no package. Instead I get a notice that it needs a signature. Never had to do that before. And since it needs a signature...it won't be ready for pick up until tomorrow. Thursday. So there you go. Spend 300$. Spend another 20 on shipping to get it delivered in two days...and now it's taken almost a full week. It's not CP either, as I've had other mail orders going since the 2nd. Stay away from this place.

I've ordered many times from them before but this last time was not good, terrible weed that didn't do anything but make smoke. If you want to see your money go up in smoke, literally now, buy their cheapest weed... black ash with little if any THC. Why bother selling it if it is no good to begin with, you will chase your customers away with no relief!
Emailed them and no response! Left an note on instagram and they said get in touch; that's where I told them publicly that I sent them an email and got no response from them! They used to be good but the competition is driving them down the drain...
Now shopping elsewhere!
