I bought a few things from this site Growles.se and everything that came either did not fit, or was of such poor quality. They should be embarrassed. I did inquire for a refund as the "enkel instructions told me to do" but the direction received were in conflict with their own "posted" instructions.
Enkel retur i tre steg:
Steg 1: Ange ditt beställningsnummer och anledning till retur i kontaktformuläret. Vår kundtjänst granskar returförfrågan och ger ytterligare instruktioner om din retur har godkänts.
Steg 2: Skicka din beställning
Skicka objekten tillsammans med returformuläret till adressen på returformuläret. Se till att du förser ditt paket med en spår- och spårningskod.
Som kund är du ansvarig för paketet, detta för att undvika missförstånd.

Steg 3: När vi har tagit emot paketet kommer vi att se till att inköpsbeloppet är på ditt konto inom fem dagar.

So, instead of me sending the return to London, they tell me to send it to an incomplete address in China that has no post number. I have made several inquires and tried to call but after my last email on July 22nd, I have turned this situation over to Konsumentverket.se. I suggest anyone who has had an issue with a compromised return/refund policy make a report.
