While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

GSM is a complete sham

GSM is a complete sham. I invested my money and spent a ton more in advertising over a five-month period. I ended up spending well over $20,000 and I generated $1,000 in total revenue and about $100 in net profit. They contacted me and said that I need to pay for next month's management fee of $700. I almost fell off my chair laughing. They are so incompetent that it is an embarrassment. Stay away from this company. Do not fall for the false advertising.

Professional Agency

Been working with Growth for a while now, have always found them to be exceptionally hard working and professional. I don't usually write reviews but must say they level of professionalism and care they have shown has been expectational.

A Disappointing Work Model

We had been working with consultant, Angela Zamorski, since 2019 until recently this year. She has always been friendly and fun. However, due to changes in our business, we decided to streamline & put our marketing under "one roof" rather than outsourcing everything for our websites. Albeit, since leaving, we have had to start our Google Ads Account anew.

We gave our 3 months’ leaving notice, but were dismayed to discover we could not access the Google Ads campaigns and all that appertain to it. Some might say the onus is on us for not realising what we were signing up to.

However, in good practice, a digital marketing agency will work on the Google account the client has created. It was our understanding that this is how the account was set up. We relied on Growth Agency to be the support we needed and trusted, as we had very little understanding at the time.

After several conversations expressing our frustration, they agreed to provide us with a spread sheet of data. This has enabled us to feed information to the new Google Account we are recreating- but it will take time. We have had to accept a dip in business for the past month and next few, while we try to regain our position on Google search engine.

The consultants at Growth Agency, Avais and Angela, have provided what they can for us, however, it is a disappointing experience that we have had to start our Google account anew.

Was approached but the tone and style…

Was approached but the tone and style was horrid, and not the tone and style I would want to represent my own business.

When I respectfully cancelled the intro call that turned out to be something other than an intro call - in fact it was only step 1 on their sales journey with a client - they replied petulantly to tell me we probably weren't the right business for them anyway so ner ner ne ner nerr.

I would personally steer well clear of using anyone that represents themselves so poorly when trying to persuade you they should represent your business. Although I am sure there's plenty of better fits than our own business out there that it might work for.
