I have tried to contact Growtik numerous times regarding swapping my purchase of the belly band to a larger size. I am due to have my baby in 2 weeks and I have been trying to swap it now for the past month. I have had absolutely NO response to my many emails. I will most certainly not be purchasing from your company again.

Overall, this is a good product. The concept of using a zipper for extra stability is excellent. My downfall is the velcro straps. The velcro is not study enough to use on a consistent basis. After about 2 weeks the velcro does not hold firmly which dimishes the quality as you begin to slim down.

Please don't waste your money as item is not as described, i bought the postpartum belt to help with my tummy, item looked nothing like the pictures online. i returned the item and seller has refused to send me my refund. This company is not LEGIT ,they are taking people's money. Very DISAPPOINTING, i wish them all the BAD LUCKS IN LIFE for what they have done to me. !!!!!!!

Hello, I was very excited to buy this product since I just had my baby last Friday. When I received it, I wanted to put it on right away. But, unfortunately the size was too small even though I ordered a XXL.

GROWTIK IS A SCAM. Took over a month for a belly band. The quality of the band is less than garbage and it doesn't fit as per the measurement scale on their website. I communicated back-and-forth through email because their phone number does not work. They kept saying ship the parcel back at my expense and then they will look at refunding me. Cost More to ship it back then the value of the band.On the website it says if you order the wrong size by accident no problem though send you the right size free of charge and keep the wrong sized one but yet they won't refund a piece of garbage that they send out. Just like several other people have posted when you look for a refund because you don't receive their product or its trash they stop emailing and responding to you. It is totally a scam do not order from them.

Order the tummy band since April, told me shipment will delay due to covid, this is understandable....
After 2 months,emailed them on the status of the shipment, told me that shipment had been return back due to some reasons.... Ask me if I would like them to resent back, so I say resent back, after waiting for another month, I have not yet receive my item & once again I emailed them,. This time they wouldnt give me a status of my item, so I ask for a refund, they told me refund can only be partial due to the bank charges.... Fine, now I want partial refund, they never reply my email anymore!!!!
It's a scam!!!

I am very satisfied with my purchase at growtik , fast delivery and veri friendly customer service.

Quick shipping but i also paid for faster shipping. The band come true to size so my only regret is getting an XL. It closes around my entire belly and I'm 37 weeks pregnant!! But hopefully i get some good use of it the first days as I can tighten it with the side straps. It's lightweight and exactly what the photo looks like.
