They reduced the price from £160 to £20 after I sent my phone.
I asked them to negotiate the price and they ignored me and just sent me the £20.
They have kept my phone and I have not been able to get it back. Beware of this company, I would not use them as a recycle phone service. Please go somewhere else so you don’t have the same issue as I did!

Beware of alleged refund policy!! Bought a refurbished BlackBerry KeyOne for £110 - space key did not work - returned it - they refuned HALF of my money. I returned 100% of the phone. Be careful

I bought a Samsung A20e as an ebay guest and so could not leave feedback there. So far, I am very happy. The phone is in good condition (I would say very good), the battery seems to be fine, it arrived a day before I was expecting it and the new charger cable and SIM pin were nice touches.
