I love to run and have tried almost every running brands socks you can imagine out there. However, the offering of GRPZ is unique compared to the others in terms of the control and stability of your foot inside your shoe. Genuinely changed my running. I also use these in the gym and for golf and they work fantastically well for both. You don’t realise the difference your foot not sliding about makes until you try these out. Performance in everything elevated massively.

Both set of socks are fantastic.

I have GRPZ ankle for running and my sled push pull, wouldn’t be with out them.

GRPZ grip socks are incredibly durable and provide excellent traction, making them perfect for workouts. I love using them for legs days at the gym. They’re super effective and keep your feet rooted in place therefore offering a secure fit. Their customer service was also highly efficient. I was torn between sizes and they were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend these socks

I’ve tried a lot of grip socks over the years, but these are honestly some of the best. The grip is amazing - super secure on the reformer and mat - which makes such a difference when teaching and training. They’re really comfortable, stay in place, and the quality is fantastic.

Plus they look great too, which is always a bonus!

If you’re looking for reliable grip socks for Pilates or workouts, I’d definitely recommend giving GRPZ a try.

After spending hours searching for grippy socks I could genuinely rely on, I finally found these - and I’m very glad I did.

There are hundreds of options out there, many with questionable quality judging by their reviews. I chose GRPZ because their products are specifically designed for professional sports, particularly football, and are developed by athletes who understand the frustration of slipping and losing stability. That focus on proper grip and control really stood out to me.

I bought the Workout PRO Grip Sock (Ankle Length, Medium UK 7-11). I’m a size 7.5 (UK) and they fit snugly without feeling tight. Thanks to the internal and external grip, they don’t slip on your feet either and sit comfortably around the ankle without pulling down. On the reformer machine, I felt completely secure, which gave me confidence in my movement. I wasn’t worrying about sliding, so I could focus on doing the exercises properly and getting the full benefit. They’re also great for mat work - and thankfully look good too.
