Yet again, wonderful service from Grünes Haus! I had a small issue with one of the products, and they offered to send a replacement - no problems! I can tell from their emails that these guys care very much about their customers, and I trust them implicitly as a result. It's easy to contact them, and they always respond promptly. Customer service is excellent, in every aspect!

I'm reassured by the fact that they are laboratory testing some of their products, and this number is set to increase.
The quality is fantastic, and there's a good range on offer. My purchases are always securely packaged and arrive swiftly, without any issues.

I ordered from this website several times and service was fairly good...until it wasn't. For my last order with them, they were out of stock on one of the items I ordered (and paid for!). They informed me that they would have the item within stock within a couple days, after which they would promptly send it to me. Nothing was EVER sent. When I asked for a refund, they agreed to refund me, but then started ghosting me and stopped responding to any of my emails. They ripped me off. NEVER AGAIN!

They were quick with handling the order, everything was fine and easy. The kratom looks good, but as i just quit heroin and morphine, maybe becaise of my tolerance I cant enjoy the plant fully, but it still manages to make my withdrawal easyer than it is without. Thanks!

I left my regular Dutch shops because the prices went through the roof several times. This lovely German shop has the best price and best quality for that price. Also lots to choose from and cool freebies with your order. Very neat and professional.
