The ladies were great, we had a group of 7 girls ranging from 5-10 and they were super at looking after all of them throughout the session. We booked a few years ago, and they are still as great now as ever before. Would highly recommend all the packages. Thanks for a lovely birthday spa party!

A wonderful pampering party for my princess, who is ten years old! For my daughter's birthday, we scheduled the pampering party, and it was a huge hit! The girls thoroughly enjoyed getting facials, manicures, and pedicures. There was a lot of energy and laughter in a laid-back and enjoyable setting. Everyone was treated like royalty by the incredibly welcoming staff. With broad smiles and treasured memories, my daughter and her pals departed feeling like queens. This pampering party is the ideal way to make your child feel special, and we highly recommend it!

We booked a pamper party for my daughter’s 9th birthday and it was perfect from start to finish. Sam and her assistant were absolutely amazing! So professional, patient, and fun with the girls. They all got treated to face masks, foot spas, mini massages, nail painting, and even their own little catwalk at the end.
Sam kept everything running smoothly and made each child feel special. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it, and all the parents have said their kids came home buzzing. It honestly made the day so memorable. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking to throw a unique and stress-free birthday for a fussy teen to be!

I am unsure as to why the recent reviews for this are so good after the experience I had 3days ago!
I booked for my daughter's 10th Birthday - August 2025.
When booking I felt very confident and happy, the communication was good. Confirmed price and I transferred a big deposit, remaining to pay in cash on the day. Nearer to my daughter’s party I emailed twice to confirm all was still ok and there was no response, I called more than twice and left voicemail, still no response which concerned a lot.
Then finally 2 days prior I had a response to my emails confirming they will arrive 45minutes to an hour prior to the party starting so they can set up. I was also told at this time that I did not confirm wanting the chocolate fountain and this will be an additional £35, but I had requested this for £25 and this was included in the price on my previous emails which I had to point out to her.
On the day of the party, I called to inform where they can park and no answer, my husband told me not to worry and lets give them more time. A good 20 minutes later, the lady called my husband to say they are in traffic and will arrive in 30 minutes. 40 minutes now passed, and they called again to say still in traffic, by the time they arrived it was the start of the party and my daughter’s friends had arrived even before them.
They informed they would only need 20 minutes to set up and they will still provide the full time agreed, they rushed the set up which resulted in the water in some of the foot spas to be too hot for 8,9- and 10-year girls, the interactive games (apart of their package) were 2 questions. The catwalk, also apart of the package did not even happen. Some of the massages were too firm and left the girls sore.
The chocolate fountain was done towards the end and this was extremely small, no where close the picture of the chocolate fountain she has on her website. Not only did she try 2 days before to charge me more for this, she also falsely advertised the size, the one provided looked like a child’s toy.
However the ladies on the day were apologetic for the lateness and did try their best. They were both polite and friendly but such a shame about the rest. This was not worth the price at all and certainly not worth the stress I felt instead of being able to enjoy my daughter’s 10th birthday.

Booked a pamper parry for my niece great service great interaction with the girls. The hosts went above and beyond for us, I would totally recommend!

Molly and her friends had an amazing spa party, they loved getting pampered and having there nails painted and massages, I would definitely recommend naj and her team!

I booked GBG for my daughters 9th birthday - the platinum package and she had 11 guests !! The party was amazing and both of the ladies were amazing!!! Every each of the girls enjoyed the party and i had so many good comments from their parents!! I didn't do anything and all the party went so well!!!! The set up was so lush and girls were feeling pampered and they were super happy! Definitely recommend Grumpy But Gorgeous- thank you ladies

They arrived 50 minutes late and made me so stressed. The package was supposed to be fashionista, which included dance and music and game as well. But it took so long to make the girls ready for the catwalk, and they ran out of time to play music, dance and play game. When I asked them about the game part, they just spent 5 minutes for a game and finished the party. In total, I didn’t see any proper connection between kids and entertainment skills in them. It was also like they were just looking to finish the party, not really interested in their job. In addition, the make-up product was a very cheap one and not even for the kids.
I’m not really happy with their service and definitely not worth the price.

Booked a party for my 7 year old daughter, and her team were amazingly entertaining for the girls as I had 9 girls in total I was worried about them getting bored but naj and her team arranged activities for the girls so they were occupied for the whole 2 hours whilst getting pampered, thankyou for a lovely spa experience my daughter is still going on about it!

BEST PARTY EVER! My friends LOVED it. I would like to thank Savanna and Naj so much! They were amazing!! Made the girls feel really special. Came nice and early to set up and I loved how they decorated our house!

Makeup = superb
Hair = amazing
Nails = beautiful
Everything = SUPER PERFECT 👍

I used Grumpy but Gorgeous for my daughters 9th birthday. They were very responsive throughout and, on the day, came well in advance to set up and did a fantastic job of entertaining the girls. The room looked amazing and the girls all had a wonderful and memorable time. Thanks very much to Sunny and Lacey for a wonderful party.

Used this company for the second time in 4 years for my youngest daughter - was fantastic again and the girls all loved it. Staff very friendly and keen to ensure the girls had lots of fun. My daughter is still talking about it a week on! :-)

We booked grumpy but gorgeous for our daughters 11th birthday party, Paris and her 7 friends enjoyed gwtting pampered by the hosts. Naj was very helpful with helping us pick the perfwct package for our duaghters party, she answered all our questions and gave us all the reassurance we needed as i was really anxious about having a party at home. The hosts were friendly and proffesional, Paris was so overwhelmed with joy, i have already booked the same package for my 8 year old. Thanks again to the team, you were amazing!

What a Gem find!!!
My daughter is a December baby and with it being Christmas month and poor weather i really struggle to find new things to do for her, a friend recommended this company and I have to say I will be booking again, Naj was the perfect party planner and host it really was a pleasant experience for me this year as Naj took away all my stress and mithering about detail and made my girl and her friends feel like queen's, they were fully engaged and it was just a really chill but fun night. The girls still talk about it 3 months on, so much so she's asked if she can have another party with GBG this year and I've said YES because mommy and her friends want some pampering too 😍 Brilliant night, Brilliant host, Brilliant prices and packages and we can't wait to start arranging the next one 🥰
