Keep away from this site. It´s an automated website that just sends your request to the Grundbuchamt on your behalf. You pay them to do what you can easily do direct. It is no quicker with them either. They charge you for this "automated" service and then the Grundbuchamt charge you for the actual documents. Once you realise this, there is no contact number. "Lehrgeld"!!
