I ordered the devil smile hoodie from this website and it was never shipped and I have tried contacting them multiple times but they refuse to respond to any inquiries. And along with that they say it takes up to 5 business days to process and ship your order but here I am 10 business days after ordering without a single update and my package not even being shipped
I have ordered a number of items but the quality ranges. A few of them were really lovely and are now some of my favourite items. Others though were completely off the size chart and didnt fit at all, or just different colours/style from the image. I contacted the seller about this but they took 3 weeks to respond and did not compensate me, but thankfully I had used PayPal as a payment method and was able to use their Buyer Protection to get the refund for the items that failed to live up to the description.
Purchase from this website at your own risk because it seems to be a mixed bag, and if you don't use payment methods that have some kind of buyer protection policy you might lose money.
I'm only giving 2 stars because ordinarily I would give 3 as to mean "some items are good, some aren't" but they lose one star for their unresponsive and unhelpful customer service.
