Fast easy shipping, mainly fast. Great quality. My kids love these vitamins and ask for them every morning.

Terrible customer service- even if you try to cancel your order within 30 min they only let you add to your order but not cancel.
When you reach out to customer support immediately they don’t help you.
I needed to skip a shipment due to having a built up stock post my surgery and they literally won’t cancel or refund even though the order hasn’t shipped o processed.
This has caused me to cancel my entire subscription instead of just placing it on hold.

I love the flavor of the New Strawberry Vanilla Superfoods Greens gummies.

Customer service sucks! I have emailed them at least three times, telling them to cancel my monthly subscription, and to acknowledge the cancellation. What do I keep receiving? MORE ADS, telling me how I can save money by changing it to a quarterly subscription instead, but no acknowledgement of me wanting to cancel the monthly subscription! Maybe they’ll read this review and finally get the message and respond!!!

Gruns (Superfoods Greens Gummies) is one of the best decisions I’ve made to insure I’m supporting my gut health. A fresh, slightly sweet taste with so many benefits including energy and immunity support.

Consistent quality, tasty product, and easy to navigate online presence. I started with the sugar-free basic pack. The new Strawberry Vanilla flavor makes them even better. I have now added the mushroom-based cognitive packs to my routine.

Just love them! I walk by the canister I keep them in and think “oh yay! I get to take my pack for the day!”

Terrific product. A vegetarian gummy multivitamin. And it tastes good too. Don't change anything!

The product it self wasn't terrible however my children do not find them to be "so good!" They were bearable for me just because I have a healthy diet. But really what dropped the rating is trying to cancel a processed payment that I thought I delayed. They basically told me nope no refund you have to do it next time. Mind you that it's 200 dollars for what I ordered. Which is quite high. I shared with them the reason and still didn't matter. They basically just seemed to scoot me off the side and onto the next one. When I would have thought they actually care for the customer... Nope not at all! I would not recommend them at all!

I have just completed my first week of taking Grüns and feel good about myself already. I believe these daily packets of nutrients added to my usual intake of fruits and vegetables is a bonus for my body. The little bears are tasty and that makes it easy for me to take.
Grüns is a very encouraging company; sending reminders and little pep talks. Very friendly people.

I really love the taste of these little green gummies by Gruns! I ordered the sugar free option because I’m diabetic. They are really delicious, sweet and tasty. My blood sugar stayed stable after one packet. I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy alternative to candy. Can’t wait to try the strawberry flavor!

I started buying GRUNS for my gut health. I have an autoimmune and it’s really hard to keep it at bay. With everything GRUNS contains I was hopeful. I started feeling better after the first box. I also noticed my BMs changing. I tell everyone how they can change your health.

I’ve been taking Gruns for about 1.5 years. I like both the taste and the way they work.

They sent an order with no warning after I tried to cancel. They refuse to refund or return. I have 2 unopened bags. Tastes pretty gross. Now am out $60. Good luck ya'll

Beware. Predatory subscription practices. No way to contact by phone. They send “confirmation of order” at 11:15 PM and then order info 10 minutes later. When I wake up at 6 am it is already “too late” to cancel. On top of this I ordered 2 months worth on 3/22 and on 4/15 Gruns were already charging me for my next two months! For a subscription I did not even know I had. I have had multiple emails back and forth with their “care team” today and they have now offered me ‘a 50% refund. I’ve responded that I’m not interested and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Also if you really love Gruns (and I was still not 100% sold) you can buy them at Costco now

They are a nightmare …. I ordered these vitamins for a friend of mine and they sent them to me and I immediately told them they had screwed up that they sent it to me and not the other address so they said no problem. They would get one out right away… and they sent it….. TO ME. Then they were supposed to give me 20% off for my inconvenience. They charged me full price sent me an email with my friend’s name and address said it has been shipped and is on its way and today it showed up at MY house. I have asked for my money back and they do not respond. I have paid for three packages of vitamins that all came to me when they were supposed to go to my friend. I told them I would send them back to them if they would just send me a return label. All I get are these blanket replies like they pressed a button the whole “ we understand your frustration.” but they do nothing to change it. They are completely inept. They charged me so many times and they do not make anything right. I’ve never had to deal with someone that sells such an expensive product that has such a ridiculous customer service platform.
