You sent me a email that I left something in my cart. Then you offered me a extra 20% off I paid for it and didn't get the 20% off!

Did not get my 25% on this order what’s up with that?

I have bought from SGT grit a few times and LOVE IT! I bought their clothes for my husband and he loves them!

This place blows. No communication about why your order hasn't shipped, the customer service number goes to a Medicaid spam loop from Hell, and when they do decide to email you back, it is a smartass reply. Do not order from these shysters. Now to see if I get my money back!

Terrible product, cheaply made and forever delivery. Used to be a good place but never again after this last order. Just pathetic....shop elsewhere.

I made an order for challenge coins and paid for overnight delivery. They took my money instantly. Just received a message at 12 that one of the coins is on back order and they gave me three options. One switch to normal shipping and receive the items they have. Two wait until the item comes in and then ship overnight (which defeats the purpose of a rushed order.) Three cancel the order. According to the message their policy is to not ship the items they have overnight they can only ship all at once.

So I requested the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded by close of business today. If they don’t have a product why are they selling like it is on hand?

I have dealt with them in the past and no issues. But it appears they now have issues.

I ordered a t-shirt on November 1st, wanted to where on my Marine Corps Birthday November 10th, that didn't happen never received my shirt, today is Veterans day, still no text, no email, no comms,customer service suck. Phone doesn't work, but was quick enough to take my cash, unsat, very disappointed. If I don't receive my shirt by 11/13, I will call my bank

They Have some great stuff in pictures only … when you receive it , they are cheaply made with materials . I ordered some shirts Nov 3rd and they still haven’t shipped and when you try and contact them you just get messages about Life insurance and AARP and never get to speak with anyone . I heard through other comments and Yelp that they are out of business but still taking orders . If I don’t receive my stuff very soon , I will contact my Bank and get a refund . If you want quality stuff , don’t buy from SGT Grit .

The Marine Force Recon shirt I received was horrendous. Very thin cheap material and the collar was way to big with a chincy 1/2" trim . I am a United States of Ameica Marine veteran and this pos was made in Bangladesh. Insulting and disrespectful to say the least. No wonder they are out of business.

I ordered a USMC license plate two months ago and they said it was on back order. I still haven’t received it and when I call the customer service number it doesn’t go through. I have emailed them several times and they have not done anything. I will no longer do business with them and I recommend that people take caution in purchasing from them.

At first I was sceptical reading the negative reviews .
I did reach out to the company and they explained that their brick and mortar business was destroyed in the horrific storms . The phones were down as well. They assured me my order would be processed and sent . Within a week I received . I love it . I appreciate them explaining the past issues and why people left negative reviews
