Bad technical service
I have been a customer for over 10 years and am accessing the bank both from Spain and from Norway.
About a week ago I discovered that I no longer could access the bank, it kept on waiting on the login page.
After some emails to the technical department (I had the address from previous problems) I was told that my problem was solved - which it was not!
I then sent another mail outlining once again my problem and after a day I was told that 'an incident' had caused that the bank could not be accessed from abroad and that this would be fixed.
Today everything seems OK - after a week!
It's terrible that the bank had to be told of this problem from me - a customer.
I paid 145 EUR in bank comission last year!
