We wanted potential customers to be able to read our Google reviews without having to leave our website and search for them. GR Widget does that neatly, and we’ve been pleased with how it looks alongside the rest of our site.
Being able to try different layouts was helpful. We didn’t want a large reviews section taking over the page, so finding a format that suited the space mattered to us. It’s a small addition, but it makes customer feedback much easier to find.
The automatic updates are particularly useful. Previously, adding testimonials meant choosing quotes and updating the website ourselves. Having our Google reviews sync saves that ongoing job.
I also appreciate knowing what we’re paying for. The plans are clearly explained, and we don’t have to keep an eye on a monthly view allowance.
