I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GSC Genteel / Genteel Service & Co and Usman.

I paid for multiple prototypes over an extended period, investing significant time and money. After very detailed discussions, approvals, and mockups covering design, colours, labels, and accessories, the final delivered items were made using a different base fabric than the original sample I had approved and specifically chosen them for. This change was made without my approval or prior notice.

The difference is obvious in hand feel, finish, and colour consistency. When I raised this issue, instead of addressing it constructively, I was repeatedly told that I was being “illogical” and that the fabric was the same based on GSM alone, despite the clear physical difference I could see and feel.

The communication became dismissive and accusatory, and I was made to feel as though I did not understand what I was talking about rather than having my concerns taken seriously and addressed professionally.

As a result, my time was wasted, my money was wasted, and I was left with products that I could not use for their intended purpose, including retailer meetings. No meaningful resolution, replacement, or refund was offered.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against doing business with this company due to what I experienced as dishonest handling of my order, including unapproved material changes, dismissive communication, and a complete lack of accountability.
