This company is awful

This company is awful. You can tell by their presence in social networking as well.

Bought one a Vacuum cleaner in January 2022 from Dreame - Dreame T10.

In November 2023 started to have issues with the battery. Informed them about this and they told me that's a consumable and its normal batteries don't last long and need replacements. Imagine someone telling you the same thing for a mobile phone. "Hey sir, it's normal that each 2 years you need to replace your battery which costs 80€".

Hilarious itself without the further details.

They clearly shouldn't be mandated to legally sell in EU because they don't understand that by law warranty period is 2 years.

Furthermore, after asking them my proof of purchase, because they are so bad they do not send you the invoice immediatelly with the product nor by email, they said they upgraded their system and do not have the invoice anymore.

How crazy is this? So they also do not follow any accouting standards. And EU does nothing in regards these lame practices.

No customer protection against these type of scammers.

Very poor. Don't even understand how you have 3.9. It must be because people let themselves go by the prices. But then you have these surprises.

A company untrustworthy

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment about Gshopper as a company being untrustworthy and irrespective to its customers.
Gshopper had committed in their email that they would issue me a 30% coupon given for my next order after my last order.
Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to contact them by email reminding to send me the coupon offered, they constantly refused to keep their promise. On the contrary, they still ignore my emails trying to find excuses for not keeping their commitment.

I purchased a product but I cancelled…

I purchased a product but I cancelled the order after because I ended up to buy a different one on Ebay
I asked to cancel the order and the day after they sent me the refund on my revolut account which it arrived in 2 days
I was a little bit worried reading all the reviews here but I have to say they were very helpful and they answered every single email I sent

I ordered RG cube handheld, and i didn't log in.
After payment i logged on and i didn't recived na e-mail or aby confirmation. It's possibile that i made error when placing e-mail. But support aren't helping at all.
