Sadly this website is most like fraud..

Sadly this website is most likely fraud... I deposited 2000 euro with my Visa card, because I found the website design nice, and I liked the way it worked. I then started to Gamble, hit a big win, and then the issues started. I tried to withdraw my 13.000 euro balance I have on Gslot, but they refuse to accept my withdrawals. They have asked me for KYC documents, which I have provided, and they have all been accepted, but they refuse to accept my withdrawals, and accuse me of photoshop my documents. It is very amateur of a Casino to accuse their customers on such illegal maners, and therefor I advise everyone to stay away from the casino. They keep telling me the "Finance" department is looking at it, but I honestly do not thing that there is any finance department. I also told them that if I have had not received my funds by Monday, that my father will come by their office, and I will fly to Malta. I am in Europe, so Malta is only a 3 hours flight, and for 13.000 euros, I will happily go there. I can see on their website they have an adress registered, and if I have not received my withdrawals approvals shortly, next step will be legal actions.. Im sad it turned out this way, I really wanted to keep using their casino since I am a high roller gambler for a living, but their customer service and response time is so bad.

I hope this message will make them release my money which they illegally froze as we speak. Thanks for reading

SCAMMER CASINO - ATTENTION

I deposited €30, everything was debited from the bank account, I have all kinds of receipts and the payment was refused by the casino in the end, it was a "REAL-TIME TRANSFER" really ridiculous what this support is pulling, it's been saying wait for hours all the time but i still wait 2 days.

Update: 29 July, they say me it is being worked on but it has been for days, only standard responses come in response, the casino is cheating the players

Update: 17 August Another 50€ payments was stucking now they need my Legitimation, to pay Out my cash. it's a pure scam, i don't need to give them any private Data of me.

So far so good.

I'm trying to ignore all the negative comments about gslots..
I've had a good experience so far. Will come back to edit my review once I see how kyc and withdrawing to ewallet goes.
I am member of a fair few casinos, And have used same documents for kyc throughout all companies seamlessly. so Im hoping for no Mickey mouse.
E-wallet withdrawals should be almost instant so will update about that also. I have submitted my kyc documents and will try a smaller test withdrawal then decide if it gets a five star, keeps it's 4, or gets demoted...
Fingers crossed as I like the casino, And I would be more than happy to add them to my fellow list of regular places to play after I can give them a greenlight!

Update: I sadly have to point out a couple of annoyances.

Kyc was rather painful and dragged out but I got there in the end, therefore I expect not so seasoned to the online casino world players to have issues in this department.

The website info pages and payment pages all say ewallet withdrawals are almost instant, the chat bot assures this also, So I expected this to be the case.
But nope...
I received my Skrill withdrawal about 6hours later, wait times like that make me anxious especially with first withdrawal attempts, but none the less I received it.
Had I waited longer than 12hrs I would have contacted Skrill as they like casinos to uphold their merchant contracts.
In conclusion, I will not be adding a fifth star at this stage, but I'm always open to it being changed.
