The University needs more attention and development, especially in terms of attendance and absences to maintain the continuity of the university.

Lack of professionalism in different areas: requests not treated, e-mails not always answered, very long period to get grades after submission, difficulty to access lecturer's corrections and annotations on the hard copy, books referenced by lecturers not available in library. Lack of diversity in EMBA population...
Positive points : quality of lecturers, flexibility, new library space, accessibility of staff members
Recommendations: implement a PDCA management method to be in a continual improvement of processes. Work on obtaining an accreditation for the MBA program.

GSM has excellent Lecturers in all my subject areas. The Lecturers are well versed in the subject areas and are very helpful to the students. I recommend GSM London to any one wishing to get first class study experience at an affordable fee.

The Course is delivered to new Students at a very high level of speed, it shouldn't be, for beginners students at Level 4 just started learning Marketing this year.

The method of delivering that course topic to new students must be revised and Adapted for New Students.

He is knowledged person but conduct lecture very fast.

I like the subject although I do not enjoy the lectures fully due to "speed matter" on the teacher side. I think would be even better if the teacher makes better use of the methodological ethics.
