When is free delivery not free delivery
I Google searched for a specific spark plug and the Green spark plug company came up first with a good price and free delivery (no caveats, no see details). I linked to the site and using the big obvious button started to enter details to purchase. Had I examined the small gray print just below the free deliver in bold I would have saved time. Several minutes later the price had doubled as free delivery had vanished! It now read free delivery over £100. it prompted me to check Trust Pilot and many 1 and 2 star review’s revealed other issues. I cancelled. Clarity is a good policy for online companies. I would have been a customer - not now.

You must of changed the product you were looking at.. Free delivery has been over £100 on the website for over 6 years now. Very strange comment and possibly not genuine customer.

Sent wrong item. Would it really have been so difficult to say, "No problem, return the item and once received we'll get the correct one out to you"? Clearly it was a case of we've got your money now s*d off!

Ordered an ignition coil
Ordered an ignition coil. Upon delivery the package was damaged. Inside the package the box of the ignition coil ordered was ripped apart, the zip bag with the small items was also ripped apart and its content spread in the package. The protection inside the packaging was insufficient, the 2 large blister bubbles added as a protection collapsed and the ignition coil is dented from flying around. Disappointing.
