Great service, great product, great delivery! Only ordered a small amount of garden materials online. Store called the next day to make sure I would be home for delivery, and then I received a text with 'tracking' for the courier! I knew exactly when they would arrive - leading the field here! I'll be shopping here again.

Rinnai infinity 26
Order Rinnai infinity 26 online and got it the next day to replace the gas tank. Staff was helpful with questions regarding the unit and installation. Now everyone in the household is happy that hot water don’t run out during bath time.

I ordered on the phone a gas hot water heater unit in the morning and they delivered the unit to my home that night at 7pm. Was very happy because the plumber was going to install it next day at noon.

Hi Maged, I was very sorry to hear about your poor experience. After investigating, it appears that there was a miscommunication about delivery - free shipping is not the same as "same day delivery service" which was an additional charge. It seems that the salesperson you spoke to on the phone said that same day delivery was possible but had not clearly explained the above regarding the free shipping delivery times. Have processed a $50 refund as discussed today on the phone to cover the costs of you driving down to pickup up the hot water unit that same day.
