Sneaky; lacking in integrity

While in the process of purchasing a stove that included one year warranty, Siman offers an extended warranty; Year 1 starting at Q1200 (approx USD$150). And to then select a 2yr or 3yr coverage you need to pay for the 1st year. When I questioned the ethics of charging someone $150 for something that was included, their answer was that it was optional. I think the word they were looking for was shameful.
I purchased the same product from Electronics Panamericana; same price, no scams.
