KTM x-strada frame

I ordered a gravel frame from this e-shop, the frame arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the packaging was incomplete, a significant part of the headset was missing, I wrote a question about the missing part by email, but I have not response yet.

Selling things they don't have

Before making purchase I asked if they have an item in stock. I got confirmation, so I ordered the item.
Since then I learned that they don't have it in stock anymore and they will let me know "in few days" when they would have it back.
I opened a dispute on PayPal to receive my money back because I no longer have confidence in receiving the item I ordered.

The communication with the store is terrible, they are super unresponsive.

Due to the current transition in our warehouse system, there were unfortunately some issues where items sold in our physical shop were not immediately removed from our online shop inventory. This caused the incorrect stock information you received.

We want to assure you that this problem has now been resolved. We would have made every effort to source the item for you again (4-7 days), but of course, if that was not possible, we would have promptly refunded your money.

Good eshop, though there's some to be desired for

After the horrible experience of having twice (2x !) delivered the same damaged fork, and after complete lack of communication and clarification of situation, i received after some time and explanation and remediation of the situation. However the bitterness remains there as i had never even heard of such a disregard for a customer satisfaction.

Anyways, the owner apologized for the occurred situation at the end and fixed all his wrongdoings

We firmly reject these false and unfounded accusations.

Under no circumstances would we intentionally send out damaged goods or knowingly reship returned, defective items to a customer. It is regrettable that damage can occasionally occur during transport something unfortunately beyond our direct control. In such rare cases, we thoroughly investigate every incident and work closely with our logistics partners to clarify the situation and find the best possible solution for our customers.

Accusations of fraud and dishonesty are completely baseless and do not reflect the values or business ethics of our company. We take every customer concern seriously and professionally and expect the same fairness and respect in return.

Poor packing - frame sent plain in the box without any padding. Not explicitely answering the questions but providing political replies instead.
