This company has the worst service amongst brokers in South Africa. All of a sudden I cannot login to the GT247 Mt5 platform. All login credentials are correct. I've had this issue before and it took 5 days to sort out.
I had another issue a month ago which took 3 weeks to sort out. Where do we complain because the Ombudsman does nor respond to emails?
