Got my product each time without any issues every time I've ordered.

2 months in and I cannot get anything to work, multiple tickets. Firmware that wasn't available when it was sold to me, slow responses. Instructions that leave out key steps, support that takes forever. I am still waiting on Firmware replacement from 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend Radiant to anyone for any reason.

Look at the one star reviews on here before you purchase and not the fake 5 star reviews. Purchased $150 firmware 8 days ago. Spent over 20 hours of personal time trying to figure it out. Didn’t work. Support couldn’t solve my issue, and seemed very uneducated on dma firmware in general and how it works. I asked for a refund several times as the product they sold me was non-functioning. and was completely ignored and ghosted. I wouldn’t recommend this reseller unless you like receiving broken products and having your money stolen. There are tons of other on the market with more integrity, who actually value their customers.

Greatest help from the support and the CEO helped me with my lost key took a little time cuz i sent it in the night and the other day we succeeded on finding my lost key it was an releaf on my end and best support from Radiant as allways

Bought the dma bundle it come very fast with in a few days one i got it everything was there it was also easy to set it up and i got the firmware that also was sent very quick need help setting it up support team was very nice as i didn't know what to do only took about 10 mins to get it all done up. Defo would buy again soon

i bought neverlose 1 week ago and they dont want to help me get a new key after i tried to get it for over 4 days, i requested a refund and they "dont" refund Neverlose? even though it was not redeemed...
