Very happy with the large cat house, super quick delivery. Wasn't too bad to put together and it looks great.

Fast delivery for such a large heavy order in 3 big boxes.
Some pieces missing. It was a large cattio. Some holes not correlating. A shard of timber torn off cattio door which was glued back on. Cattio was a good design for 4 cats.

Purchased the outdoor cattery with platforms. Super fast delivery, regular updates via emails on delivery tracking.

Missing part from sprayer and they will not send it

good response, timely dispatch and received goods in good order and works well.

No problem with purchase or post but the digital antenna we bought wont work. not impressed.

So far I have not received the item I ordered nor any correspondence about it but Paypal is taking out the payments.

The only company that would deliver the particular cage that I ordered to my location.

This bank of bird flight cages went together, however I had to pay someone to put it together and my husband and I still had to help. I would strongly suggest the manufacturer to put a better instruction sheet or perhaps a YouTube tutorial. We got it put it together. The quality of the cages was extremely good. Thanks

My purchase was processed, and I received a shipping notification along with a tracking number. However, when I checked with the freight company the following week, they hadn’t received the order. It turned out the item was out of stock and backordered. Once I contacted GTmall, their team was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue.

Not in stock. Tracking number provided which seems difficult to understand when they don’t have the item. Website states dispatch within 48 hours and this is not true in this case.
