Brilliant product!!
Brilliant product! GT Twist Drying Towel is great as it has long fiber threads that soak up the water quickly. Also, it is very soft which is useful for cleaning without ruining the delicate paintwork of my car.

The Royal Plush towel is the ultimate liquid absorbing towel that I have ever purchased! Also it is very easy to wash, soft, and the microfibers are not at all harsh on my car’s surface. Great cleaning product.

I have purchased drying towels for my vehicle from various places and I can honestly say that these people offer the best product. Their towels are super soft and cause no scratches on my car. Their absorbance level is also pretty good, and they cost fairly cheaper. Recommended!

We just wanted to add our perspective to your review as we feel a bit encountered by it and we don't feel it provides a fair picture of our approach to customers.
As per the tracking number that is supplied in our emails sent to you and on the order status page of our website, your order was shipped to Australia on the 27th of July. It was delivered to your local post office two weeks later.
Monday the 12th of August, your package had an attempted delivery and has been awaiting collection at your local post office since then.
Today, 11 days after it has been awaiting collection, you email us and and write this review. We have explained in our email that if nobody is present to sign for your package, there is a note left in your letterbox that advises you to collect your package from your local post office.
Perhaps Australia Post forgot to leave a note for you or the note somehow disappeared. Delays happen - especially when shipping across international borders - and as e-commerce customers ourselves we now how annoying this can be.
Like we wrote to you in our email correspondence, we are terribly sorry that the delivery of the order didn’t meet your expectations.
We have now lodged a complaint with Australia Post to see why they have not left a note in your letterbox to alert you to the package awaiting collection at your local post office.
We suggest that you collect your package from your local post office. Or, if you no longer want your order, please leave it at your local post office, they will return the package to us after it hasn't been collected. We will refund your order shortly after.

Was a little sceptical when this turned up (bday present) from this website because I'd never heard of them, but I am extremely surprised. The royal plush drying towel is by far and away the best cloth one I've ever used. I've even ordered the GT Twist drying towel to try out now too because I'm curious. Will post a review once I've used it. 5 stars from one very happy fella!!
