Great Experience!
I ordered two tickets for the FA Cup match Liverpool - Plymouth Argyle on 01.08.2017 on the website. The tickets were delivered to the hotel where me and my dad were staying. Perfect seats , we even got an upgrade and were seated on the Main Stand! Unfortunately the match ended in 0-0 but the experience was great. I left the Tickets at the hotel to be collected. I had several times contact with the people from Guarantee Tickets and they always answered directly and could give me all the information I needed. I really can recommend them!

Good choice. Although I was a little bit worried by not having the ticket until matchday, at the end everything worked as they informed. I was provided on time with a memberd card, which i had to return after the game. No problems at all at the gate. Would repeat.

hassle free and prompt
The delivery was prompt and no hassles experienced. The customer support was responsive and prompt though we could all be not seated together. We were two couples and a kid but were given 2+2+1 seats though Guarantee tickets promised to try to seat us together and that was the only blip in an otherwise good match experience. Will recommend them for sure.

Good service if you need hard-to-get tickets
We needed three Chelsea tickets, which is not so easy to do these days on the open market. Guarantee tickets offered a good selection, and delivered the tickets on time. They kept in regular contact with us, which was reassuring because the tickets were delivered on the day before the match. The tickets were not cheap, but that is just a matter or supply and demand. The important thing is that this is a reliable company. Service was very good. I would use them again.
