I have been calling to confirm about co-signer and how soon it will take to get the contract once payment is made. The receiver keeps telling me she has little knowledge of what l am asking about and would ask a colleague to reach out to me. Till now nobody has gotten back. Even the email sent to Carolina has not been responded to. And I actually thought their service would be great going by the instant quote they give.

I had a good experience. Again, the bad part is they take too long to finish the process. If you’re in a need to move that can be a bit complicated. Have in mind they process take more than a week. However, in general they are good. You can trust.
