I accidentally paid £90 for a year to which i was met with quick and efficient responses with patience and then a refund. Also i didnt know how to cancel my subscription and i was given such helpful information alongside the refund for the month (£15).
If they’re that trustworthy and respectful with someone who isnt a customer then i can only imagine what their service brings. 10/10 service. Very grateful.
