On the expensive side but took the risk and these are great. Shades fit just right despite being custom sized and work as advertised. Totally recommend if are looking for no drill, full blackout, easy to mount, and smooth operation.

Couldn't be more pleased with the blind!
I have an unusually large window in our bedroom that I wanted a black out blind for to help with sleep. I was a hesitant about the effectiveness and longevity of the "no drill" option, but decided to give it a go. I followed the instructions provided and sent the window measurements. Guard followed up asking me to repeat the process with six measurements instead of two and a short while later the blind arrived. With a video instruction, we snapped all of the pieces together and installed it into the window frame. It fit the space perfectly without gaps. The slide of the blind holds itself open or closed in the position I put it and it is a complete black out of light. It's been in place for three months now and I couldn't be more pleased.

The tool itself fully fulfilling the need of darkness and surprisingly good in heat protection, too. However some handicap comes with it:
The metal frame is really wide and with the additional rubber frame it is over the 5cm from above and below. For some windows it could be an issue due to the opening of the window becomes impossible.
The closing mechanism - or let's say the missing of that - is quite an issue. When closing the blinder there is a huge noise and it has bo mechanism to keep it closed so automatically opening back a little and then a bit more.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. Regarding the size, we do show the frame width in our product images to help customers assess fit. That said, with our new Guard 2 design, the frame is even slimmer, making it more suitable for inward-opening windows.
We’ve also improved the mechanism – the updated version closes more quietly and now includes a discreet magnet system to keep the blinds securely shut.

SCAM website
SCAM website. They used my name and location. Daniel F Montreal QC to write a fake review of something I didn’t say on a product I never bought.
I reached out to have them remove it because it’s deceiving. I don’t want my name tied to a company that practises such unethical business practices.
We can assume therefore that all his other reviews are fake.

The idea is great and product good
The idea is great and product good. However, I was expected full black-out, but the edges on the handle was white plastic and let in a little sunlight. Added some of the rubber they provided, which minimized leakage further. Even had to put in extra rubber on the edges of the frame, which worked but might not look great if people take a closer look...
The delivery was from China and I had to pay ≈€20 EUR toll.
