Guardhog are great to deal with. They offer a professional, friendly and efficient service for a reasonable price, I'd definitely recommend them.

I've had a great experience with Guardhog so far! To be fair, I haven't had reason to file a claim yet, but my dealings with them to date have been great and I trust that any claims would be processed with ease. They even agreed to help me out and cover my flat for a while before I was able to arrange payment to them due to an issue with my bank card. Lucy and Humphrey have been really responsive and a pleasure to deal with!

The service I got to sign up for this insurance was excellent. I got a friendly call straight away and the process was very easy and fast.

On reading the small print, I realise that losses under £1,000 are not covered. This was not drawn to my attention over the telephone and is a significant fact in relation to covering damage for airbnb stays, but I have signed up for the bigger losses none the less.

I have no experience of making a claim, so cannot comment on Guardhog's service in relation to this.

Insurance doesn't get better than Guardhog!

It's hard to know where to begin in praise of Humphrey and the team. These guys make the complex world of insurance easy, they worked hard to tailor their products to exactly what we needed, and if there is ever a question about insurance, we know where to go.

I don't think I've worked with any supplier who is as quick to pick up the phone and reply to stuff as Guardhog. Genuinely, these guys are the best. Plus they have a team of cute puppies.

Looking forward to continuing to work with them as we expand abroad
