From the start Guardhog explained everything to me very clearly. Their communication throughout made using their service very easy whilst providing that additional reassurance that they had it covered. No claims were made. I would certainly use them again.

Dealing with Hannah
Dealing with Hannah, she was brilliant and really helpful, explained everything really well, helped me to set up the link from my Airbnb to their insurance. Everything really easy. Also loved the fact that it is a British based company and with Hannah giving her direct number if meant I got through to her every time I phoned which took away a lot of stress, no need to explain anything over and over again. Great service. Obviously haven't had to make a claim yet, but if their service in the claims section is as great as I have already received then I will be very happy.

Truly amazing
Truly amazing, in a world where you sit on hold, select 6 of 49 options, it is so refreshing to have the phone picked up, and have such a pleasant and helpful person take your call every time. When I called to accept the quote, they had closed (it was gone published hours), I left a message and was called back within 5 minutes (despite them having gone home for the day). Considering how little the cost of the cover I was looking for, the service seemed more appropriate for a £million policy not an £80 one. Thank you for your help, 5 stars is not enough.

Website easy to use and navigate for a quotation. Payment process didn't work online - but, when I called Guardhog directly to query and make payment directly, they were very quick, helpful, friendly and efficient, and even applied an additional discount to the quotation. They then followed up very quickly with an email to confirm the details and apologise for the website issues. A very good customer experience all round.
