From first contact with the salesman to completion, of the installation of solar panels, the process has been both professional and courteous. The installation team worked late to ensure completion to our satisfaction and cleaned up the site when finished. From start to finish the process was incredibly fast and every step of the way was checked to see if it met with our satisfaction.
It's refreshing to find a company that fulfils its promises so fully.
UPDATE. It's now nearly a year since installation and every thing has worked without hitch and no faults whatsoever. A delay receiving certification due to unusual circumstances has been resolved and all paperwork was supplied.

A very quick turnaround from order to install, I'm really pleased with the panels, battery and the house was left tidy too. The solar app etc is great too.

Had a leaflet come through the door completely by chance we were actually looking for gutters and facias doing on our house so rung the guys up came out that day as they were doing a qoute on a friends house price was great even had few extras done the lads came out following friday started job returned monday finished job cleaned everywhere up removed rubbish cannot fault them superb job very happy would highly recommend 5*

Chris Heslop and the guys recently Instaled 12 panel 5kWp sunsynk system with ECO-ESS batteries. The whole process was quick and easy, communication was great and the team turned up On time and did the work to a very good standard, we were contacted the day before install to confirm times, they turned up bang on the dot dispite the drive, there was a few issues on install day but these were quickly resolved and felt with by the team, they tidied up after them self's and other than the panels and the free electricity you wouldnt know they had been. Really happy with the work.

Looked into having solar fitted at my property, initial visit was quick and informative and for my own experience the price seemed good, survey was a week or so latter again no hassle just required to see in the roof space and looked at fuse box. Slight issue for fitting with scaffolding but again this was quickly rectified and no issues with installation which took around a working day to complete, electricians showed us how to use the app and the system now runs itself, decent guarantee length should there be any issues. Took around 2 months for certification and getting up and running with my energy supplier but all sorted and fairly straight forward to complete. Overall for me a good experience with my dealings with Guardian

From initial contact Guardian responded quickly and from deposit to instillation only took 2 weeks. All workers were very polite and efficient.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They accommodated our work and fitted the panels during our holiday which meant we were around for the whole thing as well. Lyndsey was great and Michael and Imran were both knowledgeable about the panels. We are very pleased with the final set up too.

From the outset Michael the sales advisor who visited us explained the whole process from survey to installation with no salesman pressure.
The installation itself went smoothly with no hiccups. However due to inclement weather the panels shifted, but once reported to Lindsay this was quickly dealt with, with great aftercare. Thank you Guardian.

Great experience with this company, good communication with Lyndsey throughout. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars, is that on the day, the installers had problems, which caused the job to take longer than estimated, but only by a few hours. Not the installer's fault, but there was a faulty panel. As it was a Saturday, I had to wait till a working day, to get it replaced. Over all, I would recommend this company to anybody, my panels are working beautifully, and my electricity bills have reduced, dramatically.

Very pleased with the installation. We can see the energy savings we are making and certainly cutting costs. Very quick and supportive when we had difficulties with the car charger. Less disruption than I thought.

We can not recommend Imran & Guardian Home Improvements enough. Imran listened 100% & delivered exactly what we asked for. Him & his team were polite & curtious & a pleasure to have around. We encountered afew issues with the manufacturer which caused abit of a delay but Imran did his upmost to get it sorted. He ALWAYS picks his phone up when you ring him,we never had to chase him. Lyndsey rang frequently from the office making sure we were happy & keeping us informed with everything-amazing. The end result is all we dreamed of & more & we would not hesitate to use them again.

Just a few words to comment on the installation of a SupaLite roof to our conservatory, we had found that even with top rated reflective roof double glazing it was still too hot to be comfortable in summer months whilst being too cold in the winter. Having this new roof done really does transfer our conservatory into a room where we can be comfortable for much of the year. We would also like to add our appreciation to the Guardian team for their professional and dedicated approach into giving us a well- made installation. Can I add that that the team also replaced our ancient conservatory glass panels and garage window at a very competitive price. It was a good job and we are both well pleased.

We wanted the front widows replaced due to deterioration over many years. A lot of companies would not give a firm price -Guardian did! They explained the work and materials carefully and quoted a decent price. Guardian promptly got the job! (we did not have to endure a salesman trying to push credit sales onto us,though it was available.)
The work was started within a reasonable time frame.
the fitters were great - neat, careful and sensitive to our wishes as the work progressed . In less than two days the job was complete, trimmed off and everything tidied up
