I extremely regret ordering with Guardian Pro. I initially chose them due to their competitive price and large number of positive reviews. I suppose you get what you pay for.

1) You have to pay for your own delivery if you are using existing molds

2) Will (the owner) is somewhat unresponsive to questions regarding delivery. No dispatch confirmation email at all to track orders

3) When I was due to receive my retainers, Royal Mail delivered a delivery slip stating that Guardian Pro did not pay sufficient postage for me to receive the delivery. I had to pay an additional £9 to receive my order. Bear in mind the company sends all orders via special delivery, of which you have no choice. So I ended up paying for delivery (even though it was factored into the order) and did not receive the order on time. What company cannot get dispatch right? It’s the most basic of things for an online business to get right in my opinion. I contacted Will about this but he did not respond. What a joke.

4) They absolutely ruined my existing molds meaning I cannot re-use them to order another retainer from another company. I’m talking bits of melted plastic and the molds being cut through. I did not expect my own property to be vandalised in the ordering process. Absolute sham.

5) They did not cut the retainer properly. The retainer extends to my last set of molars, of which my molds have an indication line to indicate that the retainers should be cut/end sooner

I would recommend you order from another company instead

Have called (and left voice mails) and send emails regarding my order and have received no responses.

This is a sham...

Excellent, Will was very helpful and kindly sent me a second impressions kit when I messed the first one up. The retainer arrived promptly and came in a new case. The impressions had clear instructions and were easy to do.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service, cannot recommend this company enough.
Will went out of his way to pick up my moulds and deliver my retainers back.
He is a really lovely, polite young man.

Amazing service. Had a few issues with the retainers not fitting from the original mould from the orthodontist, did some new moulds and one fitted, went backwards and forwards a few times until we got one that fitted, they never gave up until they got it right!
Couldn’t recommend high enough for excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Also quick delivery of moulds and retainers.

Although they took a little while to arrive as the original moulds went missing, the retainers, once they arrived are a perfect fit.

I’d definitely recommend GuardianPro. I had a slight hiccup with my first impression (my fault) and Will quickly let me know and sent me another impression kit. All fine with that one and my retainer arrived well within the time promised. It’s good quality and much cheaper than my dentist so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ordered upper and lower retainers with mould kit and it arrived super quick. The at-home mould kit had a great instructional video and leaflet. I chose regular delivery thus the finished product arrived 12 days after and the website states to wait 15 days if quick delivery isn't chosen so I couldn't be happier to get it sooner. The quality is actually much better than the ones from my orthodontist; they are thicker and feel like they will last longer. Would definitely recommend to anyone weighing up cheaper replacement retainer options. They even sent free retainerbrite tablets to try. If you are worried about trustworthiness and quality then don't, this service is real and so amazing. Thank you so much for my replacement retainers

Really good communication with the company, I received my retainer today and it’s so much better than the one I received from my orthodontist 6 years ago, I was also sent out 3 lots of home kits(free) as I kept doing my impressions wrong, will come back again in the future. Thank you :)

So much cheaper than the orthodontist! My retainers from here seem good quality and fit well. The home impressions kit came quickly and was easy to use after looking through the instructions.

Ordered a top retainer and the whole process was easier than imagined.
the mould is easy as the instructions are very informative.
I thought i had done it wrong so i had a quick chat with Will who was more than helpful and reassuring. quick responses to any of my queries.
The retainer has now arrived in secure packaging. with a quick turn around time from start to finish i am more than happy with the result ( It also came in a pink retainer case 😁)

Taking the imprints at home was a lot simpler than I had imagined, and when I got my retainer back, it fitted perfectly, and feels solid. It has been cut and shaped so much better than the one I've been using from the NHS (which I had to pay for...). I was naturally a bit weary about using an online service, but I will definitely do this again if needed. Many thanks!

I ordered lower and upper Essix retainers the kit to do at home and some cleaning tablets. It arrived promptly the instructions were easy to follow and the impressions were easy to do. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish to complete. Posted it out on the same day and received the retainers in 9 working days from posting them off. I received my retainers today and they fit like an absolute dream! I also received 2 cleaning tablets and a brand new case for my retainers. I couldn't be happier and will be using this company again when my retainers get old and worn in the future. Also a really really great price compared to what the dentists will charge you.

Ordered a replacement retainer and the whole process was easy and inexpensive, considering I was nervous with having to "do it myself", using the impression kit. It was not daunting at all thanks to the leaflet and video tutorial. Received my retainer in the post and I couldn't be happier with the quality.

I have had retainers from a few previous dentists which have cracked and been costly to replace.
I found Guardian Pro online and decided to give it a go...the service has been brilliant and the cost of quality of my new retainer

If I’m being honest I was so apprehensive about ordering a retainer from an online company as my parents are dentists and I’ve never gone anywhere else. However I can’t get to them as they are abroad and I needed a retainer ASAP.

I wanted to say how pleased I am with everything: the communication, delivery and the retainer itself. Honestly I was so worried about what would turn up but I’m actually so pleased with the retainer. The quality of the plastic is great and it came in a shiny new case. So thank you !

I used Guardian Pro to replace the retainers I got after having my braces off a number of years ago.

The moulds came quickly with clear instructions. I sent them off in the prepaid postage envelope in a postbox, and the finished product came within the expected 10 days of them receiving the moulds.

The retainers are brilliant quality! Thick smooth plastic, much better than the originals I had from the orthodontist. Care has been put into making them comfortable. I expect these to last a long time.

They also came with 2 RetainerBrite cleaning tablets and a case (which was broken, but a replacement has been sent, so no problem there).

It would have been nice to get updates on when they had received the moulds and sent the retainers without me asking, but when I did ask via email, I got a very quick response!
