Told them I wanted to cancel within the three day window

Since filing my first complaint with the BBB, I have received no less than three or up to five phone calls from Bailey who continues to argue with me and wants to know why I'm cancelling. Today, I received yet another call from Bailey arguing with me on when I did attempt to cancel the contract. Isn't it convenient that they took my money and I have NOTHING to show for it. When I tried to tell Bailey I'm not comfortable with VERBAL conversations because they can't be trusted, she continued talking as if I didn't say anything. When I explained that the cancellation was done within the THREE BUSINESS DAYS as their own contract shows, she then began to argue with me and said "no, you didn't," on and on even after I told her I had complained to the BBB. Now I'm getting emails that say if I dispute this with my credit card or bank, that GUARDIAN TAX will FREEZE my account and it will "take you even longer to get your requested refund." In fact, this is HER email from just about 15 minutes ago regarding my refund: "Our Enrolled Agent, Sabrina, has already begun work on your behalf and has contacted the IRS regarding your case. During that process, it was identified that there is approximately $34,000 in unreported income associated with your account. I understand that you have requested a refund. However, we are required to follow the terms outlined in the signed contract, and refund requests must go through a formal review process before any determination can be made. Additionally, as mentioned, if a bank dispute is initiated, your account may be frozen during the investigation process and we would be unable to issue any refund while that dispute is active. Please forward the cancellation documentation at your earliest convenience so we can continue reviewing your case." This is just another sketchy company making promises they simply CANNOT fulfill.

Poor communicators. I don't recommend

Company is very poor at keeping you informed about the progress of your case. Also, they take a long time to perform the tasks related to your case.

I had only 4 yrs of back taxes and it took them almost 6 months to do the required paperwork necessary to submit to the IRS. This was just the initial tax forms to get me up to date with the IRS. The negotiation phase hasn't even begun yet and I was paying $542/mo while waiting. I still have another 6 months left on the contract.

My next stop is the BBB. They don't return my calls.
