Won't buy here again
I purchased a vape from here and it became faulty and stopped working after 2 months. As stated on the eBay page you are advised to contact them to resolve the issue. I have contacted a few times and expected a either a refund or a replacement. I was told to contact the manufacturer, this is not the correct course of action. If I purchased a car from a dealership and it developed a fault I would take it back to where I brought it the dealership, not the manufacturer! I won't be buying here again.

Do not buy from this seller! Worst experience ever! The delivery was slow and I received a completly different item than what I've actually ordered. I tried contacting the seller, which obviously did not help in any way. They are here for profit, not customer satisfaction. Very disappointed, shame on you. I do encourage to browse all other shops before the Guardian Vape Shop.

My experience has been poor
My experience has been poor , the item I ordered was not in stock so they offered alternatives but I just asked them that I would prefer a refund. They never really responded and I've had to email multiple times to ask what was going on & they said they're having IT issues and one thing after another ... I'm still waiting on that refund.

Lack of stock, slow dispatch
Didn't have the colour item in stock I ordered. Said they would send me a different colour. Over a week later I receive an email from royal mail to say they have received the item. Definitely not the dispatch day that I was told.
