The worst service I have seen so far. They donot respond tou the issue and they never get back to you. Their products are also not good, very poor and low quality. Once you rent anything from GUARENTEED,then you will be trapped.
Worst customer care support , Its been more than a week my KYC got confirmed and still delivery is pending, so unprofessional and poor service.
We have been complaining for either replacing or picking a non functional fridge since 2 weeks. We keep getting automated replies. Nobody there understands, reads, or pays attention to real issues. Its shocking how this company functions. stay away and find a real professional solution instead.
Guaranteed is a complete scam. After paying the amount, I followed up daily for 2–3 weeks with no action. Agents kept saying “we’ll call you in one hour,” but no one ever did. I always had to chase them.
They kept asking for documents again and again—even after I provided everything, including my roommate’s details. Then they said they’d do field verification. I waited the whole day, only to be told their team wasn’t available and they’d cancel the order.
Even my friend faced the same issue. Never use Guaranteed. There are much better options. I have all chat and call recordings as proof.
Very poor service, i placed a order with this company on 13th it was mentioned there that i will get my product on 15th, its 17th today and still i have not got my product. When i tried calling the CS number they are asking for extra 48hrs everytime i called. 1st impression of this company is really pathetic, hoping that i will get my product
