Love the boots
the overall browsing and buying experience was good. the shipment was quick and received on time. The shoes received as shown in website and looks great. i’m loving the shoes and cant wait to order.
On overall website it lacks good user experience in terms of shippment details, online tracking and communication on order placement. It will be good if worldwide shipping option is available whoch can generate more sales$$$$$&&

Really dissapointed in services
Really dissapointed in services. Ordered 2 pair of shoes to give as a present for birthday. Not only that the order was dispatched late... they run out of one pair! Even though the website clearly stated they were in stock. It happened second time to me now so I will not return to this company. The shoes are not cheap .. hence I was left without present !!! Embarassing and very stressful. The only reason why I give 2 stars is because the shoes were delivered in good condition although the box was damaged and refund was processed for the other pair. Would not recommend.

Nonetheless we accept your experience was not good enough and appreciate the 2 stars given what you went through. Mens Brown Cuban Heel Chelsea Boot!
The UK size 45 boots I received are my favorite pair I've ever seen or worn! The quality and comfort is excellent and the fit for US size 12 perfect as well. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for boots and you earned a life-long customer! Thank you!

Great shoes
Great shoes, great service. The lining inside was crumpled but the shoes are beautiful and good quality - this is my fourth pair from Gucinari. Fast delivery - almost came the next day and the customer service excellent.
