Only ever wear Gucinari

Only ever wear Gucinari, have done for over 5 years.
Great shoes that you couldn’t find on the high street at great prices. Especially with the 1/3 off offers 😉

I really like the service it’s…

I really like the service it’s excellent service
I got gucinari ankle boots which I really liked the quality soft leather and it’s got Italian style.. because of that i wanted to buy gucinari shoes again
On the whole i am really happy with service and goods
Keep up the great service and style

The color of the shoes were not equal…

The color of the shoes were not equal to the color seen on line. I ordered tan color and what I received was totally different more brownish.
My order sent to someone at different name and address- till now still lost although I declared the issue to the customer service. On the other hand unknown order ordered by unknown person has been sent to me. Mistakes on two different ways.
The company was not helpful not cooperative not reliable not trustable. They asked me to send back them the shoes first and then once received they are going to send me back the shoes I ordered. The problem they do not know where the shoes has been send by mistake.
I am extremely reluctant to order anything more from this company. At least I was expecting for some one to say sorry apologies etc. they do not care about the customers. It is very terrible to feel ignorance and lack of respect.

Hi there, we are so sorry the order was dispatched to the wrong address. We have been in touch with you to organise collection of wrong pair and delivery of the correct pair at the same time. We have been in contact and emailed you asking for a day we could do the above but you did not reply. You emailed us again asking what was happening and we sent you a screenshot of said email requesting a good day to facilitate this. We have also apologised to you in emails but accept it has not been the best experience. We really do respect our customers and this mistake was a courier mistake we are trying to rectify.
