Hi there, sorry you had this experience. We had to increase security on our website due to fraud and had 3D secure added (like verified by visa for example). We have found some US banks don't have this so that may be a reason. If you have a paypal account you can purchase. All the best . Gucinari.

Expensive but when its the quality of Gucanari then worth every penny
Im not the best on ordering items on line but using their website was clear and not misleading. My shoes arrived within 48 hours in mainland uk. Brilliant.
I always find it hard to find matching belts for my formal shoes. A suggestion might be to look into belts for men. great way to up sale further on Gucanari products
