Looking at other reviews this company appears to be operating a scam wherever they can. My order was delivered to the wrong address, provided a photo of a house that wasn’t mine. But they refused to do anything about it. Luckily I got my money back through Amazon’s guarantee. Do not use this company.
Item not delivered, seller said lost & out of stock & they'd deliver when available. Chased a week later as was showing in stock, also sent a screen shot. Still no stock!
Then it showed as delivered, asked for a refund and left a 1* review on Amazon.
The seller PHONED me & asked me to change the review, then Whats app'ed me asking the same.
Reported to Amazon as both gdpr and amazon policy violation.
Got jars of molasses some were smashed got in touch with gudz.uk sayed they would send new ones but never heard from them again.
Item not delivered by Royal Mail. Replaced straight away after a phone call to GUDZ. Good service.
Purchased 500g packets of cerial - they sent 400g packets - I confirmed the mistake by email / send photos confirming what was sent as they asked me to , said they would sort it out - never did - basically they committed a fraud but wont do anything about it
The item never arrived. Contacted seller, weeks later, we got a generic response to contact Royal Mail. When we pushed back they promised to sort it but never got back to us. Weeks later, had a call from a ‘representative’ of Gudz. Saying they’d been trying to contact me using an email unconnected with Amazon, asking me to take down a negative review. Which mysteriously disappeared days later.
