I love this MyUKAddress. Was easy to register and git my address details straight away. I ordered something from Amazon which wouldn't be deliver to the Channel Islands. The item did fail to deliver to the drop off point a couple of times because of out of hours delivery, before I realised I could ask Amazon to deliver in normal working hours. You get an email from the Post Office with your delivery cost and a link to pay it. Very quick and easy to use. Well done Guernsey Post 👏

Excellent service and very helpful when I had to query something. Only problem I experienced was that my UK address was too long (more than 30 characters). With difficulty I managed to condense it by removing punctuation and abbreviating words. Fortunately it worked! Will definitely use this service again.

Uk address great for special parts tools some retailers won't send to Guernsey. However should be able to incorporate my ebox but customers service should be able to link which would help me and help post office saving deliver times

The picture of freesias is horrendously misleading. Two wimpy bunches arrived. Very poor value for money. I would not shop here again.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™guest what it was never delivered to me on Saturday 28 th August 2021 it was scanned in at 7.26am but never went out for delivered total total disgrace on guernsey post behalf for a failed delivery service we paid for but never got the service today i phoned up to complain and got the phone put down on me they are not fit to run the postage service and needs to be handed back to the states of guernsey where we would get a better service from them not a crap service they could not careless about the guernsey people in how much we pay out to get are goods over from the UK .

GUERNSEY POST DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY A PEICE OF CRAP. MY IRDER WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE TODAY BUT IT NEVER GOT HERE. THIS IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I dread visiting Guernsey Post outlets - the women behind the counters are either grumpy, disinterested, pretending to be deaf, did I mention grumpy? or a mixture of all three. Well four, if you count grumpy twice, doublegrumpy. I am particularly talking about L'Islet and St Sampson branches, in the Co-op Locale premises, but the one in Waitrose Rohais is equally unfriendly. I always leave wondering if I should check to see whether there is dog poo on my shoes...
